Each boid is one of 36,000+ Census-derived demographic profiles. Age, income, household, occupation, and a modeled Big-Five personality score. Sampled IPF-weighted so the flock matches the country. Seventeen navigation archetypes layer on top: cautious novice, confident scanner, and the fifteen between.
We record what each user tried to do, saw, felt, and remembered — at every step. Replayable, deterministic, honest.
